An absolutely delicious and interesting sider!
- 10 asparagus tips
- 400g grated parmesan
- juice of half a lemon
- salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Boil 2 cups of water and place it in a deep bowl. Add your cleaned asparagus tips inside and cover with a small plate.
- While they “cook”, heat up an anti-stick skillet and add your parmesan inside so it forms a circle about 15cm in diameter. Once it has turned golden on one side, flip it over with a spatula for an extra 5 minutes until it has cooked on the other side.
- Remove it from the pan and place it over cup thats facing down. Press the sides inwards carefully so that a cup shape forms. Repeat the same process with the remaining parmesan.
- Remove your asparagus from the water and add olive oil, salt and lemon. Place them in your parmesan cups and drizzle with some parmesan cheese! The taste is incredible!
