Baby Potatoes with butter, bacon and parmesan cheese

What can be more simple and delicious than baked baby potatoes in fresh butter with crunchy bits of bacon and grated parmesan to top it off???

Directions

  1. Its simple! Clean as many potatoes you require for your lunch/dinner table. Boil them for 15 minutes on your stove top then transfer them to a baking tray. Smother with butter…the quantity is up to you! The more the tastier!
  2. Add some fresh sea salt, some sweet paprika and about 10 slices of finely sliced bacon! Cook in a preheated oven on 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes or until your bacon has turned crisp on top!
  3. Once its out of the oven, sprinkle with a generous ammount of grated parmesan cheese and your done! This can be a sider to any meat or it can even be eaten as a meal on its own with a fresh salad!
