Ingredients

  • 4 small beets boiled (no stems, just root)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • 30g roasted pine nuts

Directions

Blender. Mix. Serve. It is as simple as that!
