Leftover chicken from your last meal? Here is a quick and easy sandwich idea!
Add tomato sauce, mayonaisse and mustard in a little bowl, mix well. Shred your chicken and mix with the sauce.Then, toast it! So simple and delicious! Of course you could add fresh tomato, lettuce, shredded vegetables and anything else to make it more filling and healthy but even on its own, it is delicious! What I also like to do next is heat it up in a small pan and eat it with cold bread! Thats another option too!. It is a kids favorute may I add speaking from experience!!
