Anyone in the mood for some delicious oven baked fish? Most people i know cover them fishes up with aluminium foil but i have a special trick!
- Lightly grease your tray with some extra virgin olive oil
- Cut 2 medium size potatoes and slice them up! Use them as a base for each fish so that it doesn’t stick to your tray! (SO tasty when baked!)
- Fish need salt, so salt them up well once you have cleaned them! But another delicious trick is to slice some lemons thinly and place them in their tummy! And to keep your fish from drying out and remain moist and tender just add one slice of tomato on top of each fish! Some fresh parsley and a drizzle of oil and your done! 20 min in a preheated oven at 170-180 degrees celsius, ENJOY!!!
