- 1kg oyster mushrooms
- 3 cloves of garlic
- olive oil
- 1 full tsp sweet paprika
- 1 onions finely diced
- salt and freshly ground pepper
- some parsley (optional)
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- In a large frying pan add at least 5 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil and saute the onion with the sweet paprika.
- Add the mushrooms and fry on high heat until they have shrunk in size. Then, either press the garlic cloves or cut them up finely and add them to the pan.
- Add the balsamic vinegar, parley, season with salt and pepper and serve hot!
