Beef patties with buttery cous cous

500g beef mince
1 small onion
1 egg
2 Tbsp homemade tomato salsa
Salt & Pepper
Fresh Parsley (as much as you preffer!)
2 Tbsp bread crumbs

250gr cous cous
50gr butter

In a blender, whizz up the onion with the salsa and the fresh parsley!

Add it into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients, mix and form into patties.

Fry on high heat for 6-7 minutes in some olive oil in a non stick frying pan!
For the cous cous. Boil 1Litre of water and generously salt it. Add the cous cous and boil on medium heat for 15 minutes. Pass the water through a sieve, add butter and serve warm!
