- 3 overripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate drops
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix all wet ingredients in a bowl. Mash the bananas with a fork and add them too.
- Whisk flour and cocoa powder in a bowl and add baking soda, salt and mix until blended. Add flour/cocoa mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until smooth. Fold in the chocolate drops and place batter into a greased loaf tin.
- Bake for an hour or until a wooden skewer comes out clean when inserted into the middle.
