Chocolate Mascarpone Mousse

Ingredients:

500gr mascarpone cheese

150gr dark chocolate

50ml milk

1 shot brandy

2 Tbsp jam (whatever you preffer)

4 Tbsp icing sugar

Method:

Melt the chocolate with the milk on speed 3/80°c/4min (If you dont have a Thermomix, you can do this by the bain marie method)

When its melted, add the rest of the ingredients and mix for 30sec/ speed 5 (Once again, if you dont have a Thermomix, incorporate by hand mixibg or low speed on a hand held mixer)

Share to 4 glasses and let it set for at least 1 hour in the fridge! Serve with a dollop of mascarpone and fresh fruit!
