Lamb Chops with Potato Wedges


  • 15 lamb chops
  • 5 large potatoes
  • salt
  • fresh oregano
  • juice of 1 large lemon
  • olive oil


  1. Cut the potatoes in wedges (skin on of course) and boil them in salted water for just 10 minutes. While they boil, rinse off the chops and season generously with salt, oregano and olive oil.
  2. Place them in a tray and bake them in a fan forced oven on 180 degrees celsius. Strain your potatoes and season them with salt, oregano, olive oil and the juice of one lemon in a separate tray.
  3. Then add them to the lamb chops and bake for an extra 20 minutes. To finish off, turn up the heat to 200 and leave them for an extra 10 minutes! Serve hot with extra lemon and oregano!
