A delicious twist that Im sure you will love! I found the recipe from a blog I follow, Olga’s Cuisine. Its so simple and easy to execute!
- 400g macaroni
- 800g water
- 1 canned milk (full fat)
- 1 tsp corn flour
- 3 tsp mustard
- 200g mixed cheeses
- 200g Feta
- In a pot, we heat up the water and the ¾ of the condensed milk. Add some pepper, the macaroni and boil for 8 minutes.
- Add corn flour to the remainder of the milk and mix well. Add this to the pot along with the mustard and mix well.
- Remove off the heat and slowly mix in the cheeses. Serve hot!!
