Mac & Cheese with a Greek Twist

 A delicious twist that Im sure you will love! I found the recipe from a blog I follow, Olga’s Cuisine. Its so simple and easy to execute!

Ingredients

  • 400g macaroni
  • 800g water
  • 1 canned milk (full fat)
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • 3 tsp mustard
  • 200g mixed cheeses
  • 200g Feta 
  • pepper

Directions

  1. In a pot, we heat up the water and the ¾ of the condensed milk. Add some pepper, the macaroni and boil for 8 minutes.
  2. Add corn flour to the remainder of the milk and mix well. Add this to the pot along with the mustard and mix well.
  3. Remove off the heat and slowly mix in the cheeses. Serve hot!!
