A little twist that a good friend of mine told me, just made this simple snack a whole lot better! Going back to my childhood years in South Africa, this is the first dish I’ve ever made on my own, 7 years old might I add, in “cooking class” Yes, Grade 1 and we had cooking class!
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of toast bread
- 1 Tbsp condensed milk
- Olive oil for frying
- Icing sugar for serving
Directions
Beat that up well, dip your bread on each side making sure that the mixture has absorbed and in a HOT pan greased with some oil, fry on both sides until golden brown! A sprinkle of icing sugar and let your tastebuds explode! I personally can’t get enough!
