Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp instant oats
- 1 Tbsp flaxseed
- 1 tbsp honey
- 10 raspberries
- 5 blackberries
- cinnamon
- 6-7 almonds
- dried coconut
- 150g greek yogurt
- 100ml milk or water
Directions
Ok so the options here are endless! You can basically add whatever fruit and nuts that you like! This is simply my suggestion and it is actually quite delicious! You can also make this overnight, set it in the fridge and have a ready breakfast in the morning!
So, all you need to do is mix all the ingredients together in a bowl (or a jar if you want to store it in the fridge overnight) and mix well! It is healthy breakfast packed with vitamins, fibre and antioxidants!
