Chocolate Log with biscuits and caramel sauce


  • 1 packet miranda biscuits
  • 1 packet pti ber biscuits
  • 250γρ unsalted butter
  • 125γρ cocoa powder
  • 1 shot of liquor of your choice
  • 1 can of caramel sauce (from condensed milk)


  1. Break the biscuits into small pieces in a big bowl
  2. Melt the butter on low heat and add it to the biscuits
  3. Add the cocoa powder and the liquor shot and mix well.
  4. Place a layer of cling film into a deep bread tray and add the mixture.
  5. Cover with more cling wrap and place in the freezer to set for 3 hours at the least!
  6. Ξεφορμάρουμε και ρίχνουμε απο πάνω την καραμέλα. Μπορείτε να φτιάξετε και δικιά σας καραμέλα αν το επιθυμείτε!
