Ingredients:
500gr self raising flour
250gr sugar (I used coconut sugar)
200ml sunflower oil
6 Tbsp sieved cocoa powder
200ml orange juice
200ml warm water
1 Tbsp baking soda
20gr baking powder (1 sachet)
1 Tbsp vinegar
Zest from 1 orange
Mix all the wet ingredients together in a large bowl. Slowly add the dry ingredients and mix well. Grease a cake form, add the mixture and bake for 50min – 1 hour on 170°C in a pre heated oven. Wait for the cake to cool completely before taking it out of its form. Serve with melted non-dairy chocolate for that extra chocolate indulgence!❤
