Dreamy Butter Cake

250gr self raising flour
250γρ butter at room temperature
4 eggs
140g sugar
1tsp vanilla
50ml milk

Preheat the oven to 170°C. Butter a cake tin. I chose a small loaf tin.

Beat the butter and sugar for 5 minutes. Slowly add the eggs one by one then the vanilla and the milk.

Add the flour and mix until incorporated.

Bake for one hour or until a knife/stick comes out clean!
