Flatbread

Ingredients:
500gr flour
1 sachet dried yeast
1 -2 tsp salt
1 shotglass of cretan Raki
350ml warm water
2 Tbsp olive oil
Black & white sesame seeds

Method:
Mix the flour with the yeast and slowly add in the warm water. Then add the Raki and salt. Mix well and form into a dough. Knead for 5 minutes!
Leave it in a greased bowl to double in size, covered with a towel, for 1 hour!
Lay a sheey pf parchment paper on an over tray and springle with olive oil. Use your fingers to open up the dough into a rectangular shape.
Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
Make little dents with your fingers and spribkle sesame seeds on top. Bake for 20 min on 180°C in a preheated oven!! Ready!
