Don’t know what to do with that slice of salmon that was left after last nights dinner? Make a delicious salad!
Ingredients
- Salad of your choice (I used spinach)
- 1 red pepper
- 1 small cucumber
- sesame seeds
- Juice of half a lemon
- extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Clean your salad well, chop up your vegetables and add them to your salad bowl!
- A splash of olive oil, the lemon juice and a sprinkle of sesame seeds and your done!
- A healthy salad is ready to be eaten!
