Sardines

Rich in Ω3 fatty acids, vitamins, delicious and healthy!

Ingredients

  • Juice of one big lemon or two small
  • 5 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp freshly grounded oregano
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1kg sardines

Directions

Clean your sardines well. Add salt generously and place them in a tray with a drizzle of olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven on 180deg C for 15 – 20 minutes. Once your sardines are cooked, transfer them carefully with a spatula onto a platter and pour the dressing over the top and serve!
