2 large eggs
1tsp almond extract (or vanilla)
100gr small chocolate chips
Fresh cream for serving
Mix all the wet ingredients together well with a whisk until the sugar has dissolved. Tear apart the tsoureki into small pieces and place into a baking dish. Pour the wet mixture over the tsoureki and make sure its soaked well. Add chocolate chips, strawberries and bake for 20 minutes on 200°C Serve hot with fresh cream or even better, ice cream!!!
