Vanilla Sweet on a spoon

With a beautiful aroma and chewy/creamy texture, this traditional Greek sweet is served on a teaspoon dipped in frozen cold water! It brings back memories from my childhood and I indulge in spoonfuls every summer! You can find these in any local Greek supermarket and traditionally this sweet has the Mastic taste and aroma to it. I prefer plain vanilla but if your road leads you to a delicatessen one day, please do try it!
