Baked Peaches with fresh mint and Feta

Yes, its delicious!


  • 2 small peaches diced or cut into small slices
  • 4 Ts brown sugar
  • 3-4 fresh mint leaves
  • 100 grams of Feta cheese


  1. Place your sugar into a bowl and add your diced/sliced peaches and mix well. Separate your peaches into two ceramic/clay dishes (as shown in picture) add a couple of mint leaves on top of each one and bake in a 200 degree C oven for 10 minutes. 
  2. Once its ready, crumble 50g of Feta on each one, take a small fork and enjoy the tastes of sweet and salty as one!
