Simple, delicious coleslaw with a tangy dressing!
Ingredients
- One small cabbage
- 4 carrots
- 2 green bell peppers
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Ts dijonnaise
- 1 tsp vinegar
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 Ts sugar
Directions
Finely cut your cabbage and bell peppers, grate your carrots and put them into a large salad bowl.
Make the sauce with the remaining ingredients, add to your salad and mix well until combined.
Place in the fridge for at least 30min before serving! Its a great summer salad that can accompany any meal!
