Oats for Breakfast

The perfect breakfast to get you fuelled for the day! 

Oats. They can be eaten in many ways! The healthiest of which, is to boil water and let them soak. You could also boil them in milk until they have a porridge consistency. I personally add water and I eat them warm. Oats can be soaked overnight and put in the fridge to eat cold the next day with some yogurt and fruit in the morning! The options are endless I’d say! My suggestion?


  • 5 tablespoons of Oats soaked in one cup of boiling water
  • Fresh or frozen rasberries (rich in antioxidants!)
  • A handfull of almonds and walnuts
  • Dried cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon of Honey
  • Cinnamon


Put them all in a bowl and eat away! Healthy, quick, delicious!
