Perch in the Oven

A delicious healthy way to eat your fish!


  • 2 fillets of Perch
  • Zest of one lemon
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 spring onion
  • Freshly ground Oregano
  • Salt to season
  • 4 Ts Olive Oil


  1. Preheat your oven to 190 degrees C. Rinse your fillets and cut each into 4 pieces. 
  2. Place them on a tray that has been lined with parchment paper and season generously with salt and freshly ground oregano. Pour lemon juice and olive oil and massage it on the fish gently. 
  3. Sprinkle lemon zest on top and bake for 15 minutes. Serve with freshly cut spring onion and some extra lemon if you like! Enjoy!
