A delicious healthy way to eat your fish!
- 2 fillets of Perch
- Zest of one lemon
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 spring onion
- Freshly ground Oregano
- Salt to season
- 4 Ts Olive Oil
- Preheat your oven to 190 degrees C. Rinse your fillets and cut each into 4 pieces.
- Place them on a tray that has been lined with parchment paper and season generously with salt and freshly ground oregano. Pour lemon juice and olive oil and massage it on the fish gently.
- Sprinkle lemon zest on top and bake for 15 minutes. Serve with freshly cut spring onion and some extra lemon if you like! Enjoy!
