Ingredients
For the white truffles:
- 60grams melted white chocolate
- 60g desiccated coconut
- 130g sweetened condensed milk
- a few drops of liquor of your preference
For the dark chocolate truffles:
- 60grams melted dark chocolate
- 60g desiccated coconut
- 130g sweetened condensed milk
- a few drops of baileys
For the topping:
- Desiccated coconut
Directions
I made these truffles in 2 batches so that I can have variation in flavours! You could add the dosage together and use one type of chocolate if you like!
All you need to do is mix these ingredients together in 2 separate bowls, mix well and place in the fridge for an hour to set. After they have set, roll them up into small balls. Roll the white truffles into some chocolate flakes and the dark truffles into some coconut for a nice contrast! Set in the fridge for an extra 20 minutes before serving.
